You Big Dummy!

Pro missed last night’s town hall-style debate between Barack Obama and John McCain. Here’s one writer’s funny take on it.

Readers’ comments were mostly in agreement, but some took umbrage at dude’s description of McCain’s stiff movements, being that they resulted from his combat injury and subsequent torture.

  2. Sounds like a comedic take on events to me and nothing to get me up in arms like, say, O’Reilly’s lynching comment about Michelle Obama.

O’Reilly’s a dickweed. A rich dickweed, but a dickweed nonetheless.

  3. i only watched the first hour and 20 mins or so. then i started dozing off. it was boring and same ole, same ole. trust me, you missed nothing!

Sen McCain did look rather stiff, like he was in pain or something. i was for real kinda concerned…

the COMEDY of the night though was Tom Brokaw. homeboy was going hard with trying to keep proper time. Sen McCain and Sen Obama were supposed to keep their comments to 1 min but as usual gave their roundabout, longwinded responses. and Tom Brokaw was cracking me up with his comments about them going over their time limit.

Dfly, I also read Brokaw gotpeeved when McCain, I think it was, blocked his view of his TelePrompTer. Glad I missed it.
